Grupo INSUR has always had a strong property rental portfolio, investing a large part of the profits generated which are not distributed as dividends, in property assets earmarked for rental. This has enabled Grupo INSUR to enjoy recurring revenues to insure it against periods of crisis over the years, resulting in a solid, robust firm ready to take advantage of the opportunities that times of crisis provide.

This approach is based on the direct promotion of commercial properties rather than investment in acquisitions. The company develops the entire value chain from the purchase of sites to project management and construction through to the sales and marketing stage.

Our property rental portfolio stands at around 115,000m2 of gross leasing area as well as over 2,500 parking spaces in prime locations in Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz, Huelva, Marbella and Madrid.

As outlined in our Strategic Plan 2016-2020, our diversification strategy includes 5 retail assets with over 7,282 constructed m2, we have refurbished two units as gyms in Seville (with a surface area of 3,435 constructed m2) and we are renovating a space in the centre of Cordoba for hotel use (45 rooms and 2,766 constructed m2).
