FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE

Footings and basement walls of reinforced concrete. Reinforced concrete floors, with acoustic sheet and protective mortar coating on floors according to building plans.

ROOFS

Flat roof or terrace, formed from inside to outside with thermal insulation, slopes formed using cellular concrete, a protective mortar layer, vapour barrier applied on site using oxidised asphalt paint and a double waterproofing layer with reinforcing bars, a protective mortar layer and finished with ceramic floor tiles. Inverted non-accessible roof, formed from inside to outside, vapour barrier applied on site using oxidised asphalt paint, slopes formed using cellular concrete, a protective mortar layer, double waterproofing layer with reinforcing bars, a protective mortar layer, thermal insulation, geo-textile filter and a gravel covering.

EXTERIOR WALLS

Perforated bricks to be clad with rendering and painted or clad with facing according to building plans. Interior lining with polyurethane thermal-acoustic insulation sprayed on site, an insulation chamber and top brand dry partition walls.

INTERIOR WALLS

Between properties. Sound-resistant bricks clad with top brand dry partition brick and thermal-acoustic insulation. Between properties and shared areas, Perforated bricks to be clad with rendering and thermal-acoustic insulation inside the property.

INTERIOR WALL COVERINGS

On walls, laminated plaster cladding. Laminated false ceiling in wet areas and various areas used for equipment. Accessible false ceiling where air-conditioning machinery is situated. Decorative mouldings in living room with preinstalled channels for LED lighting and curtain rail in bedrooms.

In bathrooms and toilets, wall tiling design according to project management, with top quality ceramic tiles from Grupo PORCELANOSA or similar and smooth plastic paint according to the design of the project management.

BATHROOM EQUIPMENT AND TAPS

Bathroom equipment by VILLEROY BOSCH, NOKEN, GRUPO PORCELANOSA or similar in glazed white porcelain and highest quality mixer taps.

INTERIOR DOORS

Security entrance door with steel plate and security lock.

Room doors lacquered in white and handle opening system. Hinged or sliding doors on wardrobes according to

building plans.

Built-in wardrobes in bedrooms matching the bedroom doors, lined inside and with a separating shelf and hanging rail.

EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS

In extruded aluminium, either sliding or hinged according to each case, with thermal bridge break by STRUGAL TECHNAL or similar, double CLIMALIT type glazing or similar with insulating chamber. LOW EMMISSION for improved Energy Efficiency. Micro-ventilation system. Automatic blinds in aluminium with thermal insulation in bedrooms.
