These qualities may be notified by the project management and replaces by other similar ones, without reducing the qualities initially planned.

NOTE: Regarding the use of natural stone, it is pointed out that stone is a natural material, which lacks uniformity in the tone and colour, along with inevitable imperfections. It will be for the Project Management of the works to decide, in each case, if the quality of the natural stone is acceptable or if any repair should be done.
