About us?
Selecta, a Grupo Insur brand, develops different real estate projects in the main expansion areas of Andalusia and Extremadura.
Among them, Entrenúcleos stands out, located in the town of Dos Hermanas, being the largest urban project in the Andalusian community and of which Selecta has delivered more than 400 homes.

To the southeast of the capital, in the municipality of Dos Hermanas and very close to Montequinto is Entrenúcleos, one of the fastest growing areas of Seville, with all kinds of services, supermarkets, gas stations, nearby educational centers, parks and green areas.
A new model for an advanced and sustainable city inspired by knowledge and designed under the concept of intelligent land use planning, Entrenúcleos is designed to facilitate fluid communication both within the city and with the exterior. Wide avenues, multiple roads and access through roundabouts, guarantee accessibility and full fluidity of circulation. In addition, it is framed by two highways, SE 30 and SE 40, very close to the AP4 highway, and Metro Line 1.
