Grupo Insur has acquired a plot of more than 15,000 m² of surface and 11,000 m² of buildable area in the Madrid municipality of Valdemoro, where it will develop an urbanization of 72 single-family homes with large common landscaped areas. More than € 20 million will be invested in the development of this new real estate project. It is the second investment of Grupo Insur in this municipality where the construction of another development of 53 chalets is being finalized, sold in its entirety.

The development, Jardines del Olivar, located in El Restón, is just 20 minutes from the capital. The project has been designed by the CBB architecture studio to respond to the current market trend of growing demand for efficient, sustainable single-family homes with large plots for private use combined with common open spaces, landscaped and with recreational equipment. The configuration of the ground floor will allow buyers to integrate rooms creating open spaces for the family to coexist.

Enrique Ayala, Territorial Director of Grupo Insur has underlined that this new investment is another step for the Group in complying with the growth plan in the Community of Madrid, where it already has five other single-family housing projects under development and construction.
