Grupo Insur has had a long-standing vocation as a property-owning company, evident practically since its beginnings, allocating a significant portion of its reserves to tertiary assets intended for leasing. This strategy has historically allowed the company to generate recurring income and profits, helping to offset periods of crisis and shaping a solvent, sustainable company capable of seizing opportunities that arise after each economic downturn.
Its property management activity is primarily carried out through the direct development of tertiary assets, and only rarely through investment. The company fully develops the entire value chain: from land acquisition, project design, and construction, to the commercialization of the resulting assets.
It is a leader in property management in Andalusia, with a real estate portfolio of 117,000 square meters, including offices, hotels, and retail spaces, as well as 3,000 parking spaces.
In its tertiary development activity, it manages 120,385 square meters, of which 50,555 square meters are currently under development. Three office projects — Ágora and Noa in Málaga, and Elever in Madrid (Las Tablas) — are currently under construction.
