This approach is based on the direct promotion of commercial properties rather than investment in acquisitions. The company develops the entire value chain from the purchase of sites to project management and construction through to the sales and marketing stage.
The company is a leader in the office market in Andalusia, with over 118,000 m² of offices, hotels, commercial premises, and over 2,800 parking spaces. In Madrid, it boasts the north building of Río 55 Business Park, with over 14,000 m² of offices, over 200 parking spaces, over 8,600 m² of green spaces, and with double certificacion: Well Oro and Bream Very Good.
As outlined in our Strategic Plan 2016-2020, our diversification strategy includes 5 retail assets with over 7,282 constructed m², we have refurbished two units as gyms in Seville (with a surface area of 3,435 constructed m²) and we are carrying out the works on the new four-star hotel at 23 República Argentina avenue in Seville in partnership with Grupo Hotusa. The hotel will have a total of 133 rooms in a fantastic location in the Andalusian capital.
