Grupo Insur is expanding its Contact Center team and is looking for a technician to perform the following duties:
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer-related activities, handling requests and inquiries from both potential and existing clients.
Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, utilizing CRM - M365 as a tool to log and manage all commercial activities, inquiries, and concerns through various channels.
Manage all customer inquiries from initial contact to contract signing in coordination with the sales team. Analyze the database to create customer segments and track client interactions.
Specific Duties:
Responsible for managing assigned projects and meeting objectives.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential and existing clients requesting information about our projects.
Manage all commercial activities, ensuring customer follow-up and loyalty.
Handle administrative tasks related to the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team to track potential and existing customers.
Update the database (BBDD) and follow up with customers to ensure retention.
Provide commercial support at sales points if required.
Profile Requirements:
Sales-oriented profile.
Previous experience, preferably in a contact center or sales point.
Operational knowledge of the sales process and CRM systems.
Education: Diplomatura.
IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM management, etc.
Language: Advanced English.
Additional Information:
Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts).
